This year all seats on the Committee, apart from the Chairman, are available for election and if any member of the Association wishes to nominate another to sit on the Committee it is preferable to advise the Chairman, together with a seconder for the proposal, prior to the commencement of the meeting. However, a proposal and seconder from the floor will be accepted during the election proceedings if prior notice is not possible.

We will be holding a Valentine’s Dinner on Saturday, 14th February, 2015 in the Village Hall, North Baddesley with the catering being done by John Davis who made such an excellent job of catering for our function in Romsey when our French friends were over in May of this year – so the food should be wonderful. The cost is £25 per head for a four course meal (to include wine or soft drinks but if you want to bring your own please feel free ). I am attaching the menu, with a menu choice slip at the bottom and I should be really grateful if you could let me know if you can come and your menu choices by the 20th January – at the very latest.
